Carefully designed and in harmony with its surrounding views, The Residence by Atzaró boasts an abundance of terraces, living spaces and view-filled rooms. The villa is comprised of seven suites and nine bathrooms. The suites, which have balconies, are beautifully decorated and furnished with King-size beds. The en-suite bathrooms are fitted with a bath, shower, toilet and basin. Bathroom amenities are provided. The villa has a wellness suite, a cloakroom, living room, dining room and full kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a stove and oven, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, cutlery, crockery and glassware. Meals can be enjoyed at the dining table or alternately at any of the outdoor dining and lounging spaces. There are a number of lounge areas; take your pick and relax with a good book! The swimming pool is surrounded with sun loungers and recliners, perfect for soaking up the soon and admiring the spectacular views the Villa enjoys. Also available on site is a sauna, gym and massage room. Establishment facilities include a braai area, Wi-Fi, music system, parking for eight vehicles, alarm system and a laundry. Breakfast is served on the terrace daily and is included in the rates.

    Why do I have to pay a deposit?

    This is a sign of good faith. Properties hold rooms for you, which they could sell to someone else, so if you don't turn up, they lose revenue. By paying a deposit of 50% (industry standard) you show the property that you are intending to arrive and they will accordingly turn others away.

    Can I pay the deposit at month end?

    That depends on the property. Many have real time booking calendars, allowing people to book instantly online. If that's the case, bookings are first-come-first-book, and no rooms will be held provisionally unless specifically arranged. Send a request and ask for a specific payment date and they'll get back to you.

    What is 3D Secure?

    This is a security layer which checks that the person making the payment is the authorised cardholder by way of a one-time pin delivered by SMS or a secret code, ensuring the safety of your card.
