About The Sea View Cottage

The Sea View Cottage sleeps a maximum of four (4) persons. The Sea View Cottage Margate is completely safe behind a remote controlled gate. The Cottage is a lovely small holiday home suitable for a family of four only.

The cottage is fully equipped for self catering and there is no cleaning by staff. Linen is provided and is changed every 3rd day. Please supply your own bath and swimming towels. Secure parking is provided.

The Cottage Includes:
• One main bedroom furnished with a double bed, fan, dressing table and chair
• One second bedroom furnished with two single beds and two clothing rails
• One bathroom with a bath and overhead shower
• Open plan kitchen and living space
• Counter with bar chairs for enjoying meals
• Small patio to relax at sunset overlooking the stunning sea view

The Cottage Is Equipped With:
• Fridge, TV (no DStv), a fan, microwave, toaster, cutlery, utensils and stove
• Iron and ironing board
• Umbrella for the patio area
• Bucket, broom and mop for self cleaning
• On request, a small, portable braai is available

Additional Facilities

The Homestead Guest House swimming pool is available for our guests.

We are walking distance from shops, laundromat's and the beach. A magnificent sea view from the inside of the Cottage can be seen and enjoyed.
