About The Ultimate Lodge
Ideal for travellers en-route to Kruger National Park, Musina and Zimbabwe, Venda and Mapungubwe, The Ultimate Lodge offers warm and comfortable accommodation with friendly service. We are committed to creating memories for our guests that will bring them back to this splendid setting on top of the Soutpansberg Mountain Range with a stunning view of the mountains.
Accommodation
All our bedrooms are individually decorated with painstaking care given to the smallest details. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, tea and coffee facilities, fridges, TV's (with five DStv channels of guest's choice), heaters, fans (some rooms with air conditioners), and wi-fi.
Bed & Breakfast Accommodation
Three double rooms (double or twin beds)
Two semi-family rooms (one double and one single bed)
Five family rooms (sleeps from four to six people)
Self Catering
Three semi self-catering cottages with fridge / freezer, microwave, kettle, cutlery, crockery and 2plate stove and oven (sleeps four). One cottage has a fireplace.
One fully self-catering cottage fully equipped with braai on veranda (sleeps up to five)
Children
Children are welcome in our establishment with a children's play park, a nine-hole Putt-Putt course, pool table and darts to keep them busy. Camping cots are available for babies on request. Babysitters can be arranged at a fee or maids are welcome.
Facilities
We have 23 hectares of land, a sparkling swimming pool and great out door thatched roof area to relax, a walking trail which is ideal for bird watching. There is plenty of space for quad biking, mountain bikes and a camping site with ablutions and barbeque area for 4 x 4's and tents. We are pet friendly. Trips to Venda, “The Land of Legends”, can be arranged.
Dining
Open from 06h30 to 21h00 daily our breakfasts and full A la Carte restaurant offers good, tasty and wholesome meals. The bar and crackling fireplaces are sure to warm the coldest traveller.

The place was good. I would want to suggest the following. There should be air cons because it sometimes hot, the fans are not conducive at this stage. There should be additions of Dstv channels in the rooms and may be the television set together with its remote control is delapilateda,please install new small flat screens. I will also suggest that sheets that are used should be changed everyday, repeating sheets is not healthy. Above everything I enjoyed my stay. There are activities for children, I have also got an opportunity to see the self cartering rooms,they are superb.I will want to be hosted in them this December.

We book and stay one night at the Geust House - on our way to Zimbabwe - we arive late but was still welcome by friendly personal - after welcome drink we enjoy their hospitality and had a nice dinner - room was exelent and personel were friendly - on our way back from Mosambiek - we decide to stay a night again and also on short notice they accommodate us as well as our friends - a real hartbreaker - thums up - keep it up - we love you .
