This Luxury Self Catering Apartment not only has magnificent sea views but also boasts being virtually on the rocks of Sunny Cove, which is part of the Fish Hoek and greater False Bay.

Apart from the great location the apartment is also beautifully furnished with quality furnishings including some of our personal art works.

The Upper Deck has been known for years as the jewel of the False Bay Coast. Virtually on the Sea, situated on the scenic cape point route, within 15 minutes drive of Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve, Boulders Beach African Penguin Colony, Constantia Winelands, Top stones Gemstone Factory, Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens and Stellenbosch Wine Route.

Accommodation

The apartment consists of a large dining area, lounge with three bedrooms, a family bathroom and separate toilet. Based on guest feedback this is the most popular apartment in the complex.

The dinning and lounge area as well as the main bedroom have direct sea views with direct access to the balcony. The lounge has a large flat screen television with a premium satellite bouquet of channels that include Sky, CCN, sports, movies and of course children's programmes. The apartment is in a WiFi zone.

A concierge service from 18h00 until 06h00 every night ensures that should you require assistance it is available 24 hours a day. The apartment is serviced daily except on Sundays and most public holidays. There is on site parking for a vehicle.

Separate kitchen with an electric cooker / oven, 4 plate hob, fridge / freezer, microwave oven, dishwasher, washing machine dryer combination as well the usual kettle, toaster, cooking utensils as well as pots and pans.

Living Rooms: Open plan lounge and dining area. The lounge has a leather lounge suite consisting of a couch and two single chairs; the dining area has a table with six chairs. The deck has a wooden teak table with six chairs and two loungers. The dinning and lounge area as well as the main bedroom have direct sea views with direct access to the balcony.

Fish Hoek

The original fishing settlement of Fish Hoek retains the unspoilt charm of a small community, where the warm waters of the Indian Ocean have created white sandy beaches and safe swimming. Each year the Southern Right Whales choose Fish Hoek bay to give birth to their calves, and abundant seals, dolphins and marine birdlife are all here for you to enjoy from your private sundeck.

Fish Hoek bay is a favourite with windsurfers and yachtsmen. Restaurants together with excellent shops and a public train service are all within an easy 400 meters walk from The Upper Deck. Fish Hoek is centrally situated for all other major attractions, 35kms to Cape Town, Stellenbosch and Cape Point. An 18 hole golf course is only 5kms from Tudor House, where visitors are made most welcome.
