It has 4 luxury bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, 2 lounge areas, an exercise studio, an inviting pool, outdoor furniture, and a pizza oven and BBQ. Retreat to one of our four luxurious bedrooms, where comfort meets sophistication. Three rooms feature extra-length king-size beds, while a cozy children’s room offers two single beds. Each room is equipped with fans for your comfort, with the master bedroom boasting the added luxury of air-conditioning. Indulge in the opulence of specially crafted soaps from Just Pure. Our amenities include a convenient ice machine and outdoor cooking facilities, complemented by fresh herbs from our garden. Relax in our two spacious lounges or take a refreshing dip in our inviting pool. Stay active in our well-equipped exercise studio or enjoy games such as table tennis, foosball, or air hockey. For your entertainment, we provide DStv channels, high-speed internet, a variety of books, and board games. Your safety is paramount, with alarm systems and security cameras installed outside the house. Our dedicated staff ensures your comfort with daily housekeeping and modern amenities, including two dishwashers and laundry machines.

      Conditions

      * Cardholder & ID/Passport must be present at check-in.
      * The Villa has a pool which is not covered - please ensure that children are supervised at all times and never left unattended outdoors.
      * The Villa comes with a dedicated housekeeper. Kindly grant her access to the property. She and the Villa Manager (who has her own set of keys) are discreet and are there to make your stay more comfortable.
      * Please refrain from bringing pets onto the premises.
      * The Villa is fully staffed. For security reasons, no outsourced staff are permitted on the property without prior approval.
      * Smoking is not permitted within the Villa. Additional cleaning charges may apply to eliminate odours, which will be deducted from your deposit.
      * We kindly request that you do not rearrange any furniture, systems, or electronics. Any tampering will incur a call-out fee, deducted from your deposit for repair or restoration.
      * Parties or events are not allowed within the Villa. Guests engaging in such activities will be asked to vacate the premises immediately, with all associated fees remaining payable.
      * Please treat our property and belongings with care and respect.
      * Two sets of house keys will be provided. Any lost keys will incur a charge of R3000 per set.
      * The alarm system must be activated whenever the Villa is left unoccupied or at night. This is a mandatory requirement during your stay.
      * Our Villa Manager will be available on-site from 08h00 to 10h00 each morning to support the Housekeeper. She has her own set of keys for access.
      * Before your stay, please provide a guest list including names, details, and passport numbers for each individual staying at the house.
      * The maximum number of overnight guests is strictly limited to 8 including infants.
      * Note: The owners reserve the right to terminate the stay immediately if any rules are violated.

      Frequently Asked Questions

      Why do I have to pay a deposit?

      This is a sign of good faith. Properties hold rooms for you, which they could sell to someone else, so if you don't turn up, they lose revenue. By paying a deposit of 50% (industry standard) you show the property that you are intending to arrive and they will accordingly turn others away.

      Can I pay the deposit at month end?

      That depends on the property. Many have real time booking calendars, allowing people to book instantly online. If that's the case, bookings are first-come-first-book, and no rooms will be held provisionally unless specifically arranged. Send a request and ask for a specific payment date and they'll get back to you.

      What is 3D Secure?

      This is a security layer which checks that the person making the payment is the authorised cardholder by way of a one-time pin delivered by SMS or a secret code, ensuring the safety of your card.
