Just an hour's drive from Johannesburg, this idyllic villa offers uninterrupted views of the dam, making it an ideal retreat for friends, family, and small team getaways.

Self-Catering Accommodation
Accommodation in Hartbeespoort Dam is provided at The Windsor, featuring four well-appointed bedrooms. Three of the bedrooms are located upstairs. The main bedroom is furnished with a King-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet, and basin. The second and third bedrooms are each furnished with a Queen-size bed and share a bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, toilet, and basin.

The fourth bedroom is located downstairs and is furnished with either two single beds or a King-size bed. The en-suite bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet, and basin.

The main living area upstairs features open spaces leading to a large patio with a splash pool, a sitting area, a dining area, and a built-in charcoal braai, all offering spectacular views of the dam.

The villa's fully fitted kitchen includes a breakfast table, a fridge and freezer with a water dispenser, an oven, and a microwave. A five-burner gas stove ensures that cooking is not interrupted during load shedding. A complimentary bottle of still water is available in the kitchen fridge for each guest upon arrival.

Tea, coffee, and sugar are provided in the kitchen and games room. There is also a Nespresso machine in the kitchen with eight complimentary capsules per stay for coffee connoisseurs. A few milk pods are available for tea and coffee, though guests should bring their own milk for breakfast cereal. A dishwasher with detergent is also available for your convenience.

The lounge and all bedrooms are fitted with air conditioners to keep you cool in summer. For the chilly winter days and nights, a wood-burning fireplace is provided along with wood, firelighters, and matches. Wi-Fi is available throughout the house, and there are three Smart TVs for your viewing pleasure, each with access to a full bouquet of DStv channels and streaming services.
