Thirsty Falls Protea offers accommodation on a Guest Farm, nestled against the southern slopes of the Magaliesberg Mountains 3 km off the R24, between Magaliesburg and Rustenburg. With the cliffs of the Magaliesberg as a backdrop, natural bush, beautiful garden setting and 360 degree panoramic views, tranquillity reigns.

SELF CATERING ACCOMMODATION

Thirsty Falls Protea is holiday home sleeping two guests. The cottage is furnished with a Queen-size bed and has a bathroom is fitted with a spa bath, shower hand basin and a separate toilet.

There is a well-equipped kitchenette with a fridge, two plate gas stove, oven, toaster, a microwave, kettle, crockery and cutlery. There is a dining table where you can enjoy your meals and a comfortable lounge area with a log fireplace.

All rooms lead out through sliding doors onto huge patio with best panoramic views. A portable braai is available.

ON SITE FACILITIES

There is a swimming pool with lapa area, in a beautiful garden setting. A guest DStv lounge is at the farmhouse.
Nature walks can be enjoyed around the farm and fields and hiking on the slope surrounds. Bird life is abundant and you may spot small game such as buck, warthog and porcupine. Not to be missed are the beautiful sunsets and star studded night skies, with resounding calls from the baboon, cry of the jackal and the hoot of the owl.

Activities are part of the Magalies Meander area, which include fishing, biking, hot air ballooning, horse trails, canopy tours, outdoor adventures, candle dipping, Spa therapy specialists, country shopping and restaurants.
