Accommodation

The suites at the Tintswalo Atlantic hotel in Hout Bay are individually decorated to emulate the atmospheres and colours of various well-known islands around the world. The air-conditioned suites are situated on the edge of the ocean. Each room at the Tintswalo Atlantic Hotel features its own unique view of the ocean and the majestic Sentinel across the bay.

The Restaurant

Liam Tomlin and chef Braam Beyers invite you to enjoy splendid views and stunning fare at the ocean's edge. Our familiar Chefs Warehouse set menu format of contemporary tapas sharing in 4 courses draws inspiration from the endless Atlantic ocean views.

Ingredients are sourced from a selection of small, sustainable local suppliers with a focus on marine produce, a homage to the ocean that gently enfolds this exceptional boutique hotel at the foot of Chapman's Peak Drive.

As with our sister restaurants, oysters and risotto are always on our menu. Despite the distinct seafood note in the menu, which changes daily according to season and the catch, we gladly cater for vegetarian or vegan palates when notified via your booking.

The public areas at the Tintswalo Atlantic Hotel have been built predominantly from wood and glass to blend harmoniously with the beautiful natural surrounds of the Cape Peninsula.
