Topanga 25 can accommodate six guests and is comprised of three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet and basin. The second bedroom is furnished with a double bed and the third bedroom has two single beds. These two room share a bathroom which is fitted with a bath, toilet and basin. The kitchen is open plan and equipped with a fridge, microwave, an oven with a stove, kettle, dishwasher and a washing machine. The adjacent living area is air-conditioned, comfortably furnished and fitted with a TV which has selected DStv channels. The unit has a furnished balcony, which has a gas braai. The apartment has a dedicated car port. Guests have access to communal braai areas and swimming pools.

Quoted rates exclude the following fees which must be paid directly to the property after the booking has been confirmed, usually a week before check-in, but in some cases on arrival.

We do not allow parties, loud music or overcrowding in the unit.
The number of people in the unit at any time (including children) may not exceed the number booked for.
No day visitors are allowed.
No loud music or noise is allowed at any time of day.
The responsible tenant must be 25 years old or older.
Non-compliance with these terms and conditions may result in immediate eviction without refund and or no refundable deposit will be paid back.

How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
If cancelling 999 days before arrival, forfeit R600.00.
