Step back in time in our fabulously fun retro-styled Tulbagh Travelers Lodge. Located up a flight of stairs on the first floor, above reception, the Tulbagh Travelers Lodge offers guests two classic apartments with single and double beds in both twin and triple configurations.
Clean and Convenient, the period decorated apartments have spacious rooms with pleasantly unexpected creature comforts.

Breakfast
A light self service and complimentary Continental breakfast is available in the lodge kitchen upstairs. The Continental breakfast consists of filter coffee, tea, toast, spreads, preserves, cereals, milk and fruit.
For an additional supplement, you can enjoy our famous 3-course breakfast downstairs in the grand dining room at the manor house. Please make arrangements on arrival.

This Classic Family Apartment has an open plan living area with a comfortable lounge and fully equipped kitchen. The 1930's lounge furniture and 1950's kitchen are classic and have been lovingly collected and curated. The apartment has two double bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped for full self-catering with a retro full-height, fridge-freezer combination, four plate gas hob and oven, convection microwave, kettle, toaster and all the utensils required. The kitchen table doubles as a workstation where one can settle with a laptop and enjoy the free Wi-Fi Internet access. You will find all the ingredients that you need to prepare a light complimentary breakfast in the food jars.

The large kitchen table is perfect for enjoying meals or working with a laptop. The kitchenette is also stocked with coffee, tea and sugar.

Charmaine and the staff were nice enough , but the place itself leaves much to be desired . There is an air of neglect about the place . Holes in the bathroom wall , mirrors that are peeling , mold and damp spots on the ceiling , broken lampshades , dirty oven . The stairs we had to climb had water on it which is a major hazard for visitors AND staff . Would definitely not recommend .
