Twelve14 is perfect is the perfect cottage and features a well-appointed main bedroom with a king size bed and is fitted with a single bathroom.

The cottage is complemented by a compact, fully equipped kitchen. The open-plan living area includes a cozy lounge with a fireplace, seamlessly extending to an outdoor deck that boasts a Weber braai and an unfenced pool.

Powered by solar energy, the cottage ensures uninterrupted comfort regardless of load-shedding. The bedrooms are furnished with an extra-length king-size bed and an extra-length double bed, with all necessary bedding, bathroom towels, and beach/pool towels provided.

The cottage's kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, including a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, microwave, gas stove, kettle, and toaster. Outside, the private patio features a table with four chairs and a Weber braai, perfect for alfresco dining and relaxation.
