The fourth bedroom is equipped with two single beds and utilizes the fourth bathroom, which features a bath.

The open-plan lounge area includes a fully equipped kitchen equipped with a gas stove, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery, crockery, and tea and coffee-making facilities. Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining table. The lounge area provides comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV and Wi-Fi is provided for added convenience.
