Valley Road 27 has five bedrooms. The first three bedrooms are all furnished with Queen-size beds and have en-suite bathrooms. Two bathrooms are fitted with a shower, toilet and basin. The third en-suite only has a bath. The fourth bedroom has two single beds. The fifth bedroom has two single beds and a double bed. This room also has en en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet and basin. The separate bathroom has a shower, bath, toilet and basin. Boasting the most amazing features that are sure to keep everyone entertained during their stay. From the spacious living room that includes a high-end pool table, to the pristine garden with a built-in braai and private swimming pool. The large upper balcony is perfect for hosting lunches with your loved ones while sharing the amazing views over the forests below and slight sea views. Cleaning is Mon-Sat excluding Sundays and public holidays, if guests want cleaning on public holidays or Sundays they will have to pay the cleaners R450 directly.

      Why do I have to pay a deposit?

      This is a sign of good faith. Properties hold rooms for you, which they could sell to someone else, so if you don't turn up, they lose revenue. By paying a deposit of 50% (industry standard) you show the property that you are intending to arrive and they will accordingly turn others away.

      Can I pay the deposit at month end?

      That depends on the property. Many have real time booking calendars, allowing people to book instantly online. If that's the case, bookings are first-come-first-book, and no rooms will be held provisionally unless specifically arranged.
