Waterfront Stays 109 is a luxurious, modern apartment located on the water's edge in the heart of the famous V&A Waterfront Marina, within walking distance of the Waterfront shopping Center and the City.

Use the gym and heated pools, with incredible views of the harbour and Table Mountain. The estate has top security with access points that are manned 24/7.

ACCOMMODATION

As soon as you walk through the door you will feel at home. Beautifully decorated with African touches, the apartment is completely secure with strict security procedures ruling the whole estate.

The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need for a great stay. All linen, towels, cutlery and crockery is provided. There is also an individual alarm and a safe.

The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, oven, stove and microwave. The lounge has a sleeper couch, satellite plasma TV, DVD player and Hi-fi with CD player.

Last minute visitors are not permitted during short term holiday lets. Visitors must be pre-approved and will need to send the ID / passport numbers before arrival.

The parking bays are within the security area so your car is completely safe.
The apartments are serviced once a week, more often on request.

LOCATION & ATTRACTIONS

The Victoria and Alfred Waterfront is a unique concept where you have a combination of a working harbour together with a tourist development. You actually stay in the city centre close to most tourist attractions but feel as if you are far away from the hectic life, living in a peaceful, quiet location.

The famous marina and shopping centre are at your doorstep. After shopping in many of the 190 stores or watching a movie in any of the 11 cinemas, you have a choice of more than 60 restaurants and bars to relax. While you are having a great meal or tasting one of the famous Cape wines, enjoy watching the boats come and go, look for the seals relaxing on the jetties and see the people at work in the harbour.

Visit the aquarium, make a boat visit to Robben Island, take a helicopter trip or just enjoy listening to a variety of entertainers in the open air amphitheatre. Walk to the Convention Centre or visit town with all its markets. The famous Clifton and Camps Bay beaches are just 10 minutes away.
