View Road 1369 is a holiday home in Ramsgate with five bedrooms, four of which are upstairs and one is downstairs. Two of the rooms have stacking doors leading onto the patio. Three bedrooms are furnished with double beds and two have two single beds each. There are three bathrooms upstairs and a guest toilet. The downstairs room has an en-suite bathroom.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, cutlery and crockery. The dining area has seating space for six guests and an extra dining table for six guests, while the lounge has a comfy lounge suite and a flat-screen TV with DStv.

The living area opens onto a patio with a view over the garden and swimming pool. There is also a built-in braai next to the swimming pool.

There is parking for 6 -8 cars with ease.

Attractions

The lower South Coast offers some of the most amazing golf courses to be found in SA. Margate is within 60 minutes of 9 golf courses, two of them rated amongst SA's top 12. No wonder this is called the golf coast of South Africa. The long golden beach of Margate is where it all happens, and in a 2-minute drive, there's an amusement park and Margate's main swimming beach.

During the holiday season there are a host of festivities taking place for the young and old. Margate Beach also offers excellent swimming and surfing and has the sought after Blue Flag status. Water temperatures rarely drop below 20 degrees celcius, so you can swim all year round, even in mid-winter.
