The Villa has just been completely refurbished, with brand new bathrooms, closets, furnishings, curtains, blinds and linens. It is a three bedroom, duplex villa that accommodates a maximum of six people. The master bedroom is downstairs, with a king size bed and has an on-suite bathroom with a separate bath and shower. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms and 2nd bathroom with shower are upstairs. The 2nd bedroom has two single beds, and the 3rd has bunk beds. The lounge, dining room and kitchen are open plan. A glass sliding door opens onto a large partially covered patio/wooden deck that has a beautiful view overlooking the pond and greenery. The patio has a large table with six chairs and a built in charcoal BBQ. A charcoal Weber grill is also available. The patio is protected by a blind that can be rolled up and down to provide shelter from the afternoon sun or wind. The Villa has air conditioning, both heating and cooling, in the main bedroom and the open living area. The self-catering villa has a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, stove, oven, fridge/freezer, automatic washing machine and tumble dryer. Cutlery, crockery for six people is provided as well as all the cooking utensils required for a home cooked meal. All linens are provided excluding beach towels. A full HD flat screen 40 inch TV with full DStv bouquet is included with an HD PVR decoder and DVD player. Maid service is provided six days a week (excluding Sundays).
