Featuring three bedrooms and two bathrooms, the villa is designed for comfort and convenience. The ground-floor entrance leads to an open-plan kitchen and living area that opens onto a spacious patio. Here, you'll find a covered dining area, Weber braai, and fire pit overlooking the lawn—ideal for relaxed outdoor dining.

The main bedroom boasts a luxurious queen-size bed, a TV, and a full en-suite bathroom with both a bath and shower. The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds, while the third bedroom features a comfortable double bed. The second bathroom is equipped with a shower, basin, and toilet.
