Actually NOT acceptable We spend 3 nights at San Lameer. We checked in at reception which was quick and friendly. when you drive to the socalled villa which is actually a standard apartment you realize that some houses are in a very bad state and need serious renovations on the outside. the interior of the apartment was ok nothing special. the kitchen utensils are of low quality and have seen many visitors. why they have a third monsterous bed in the apartment but only 2 chairs to sit on is bejond our understanding. the terras/outside area is also in need of some paint. the plastic tablecloth was filthy but was quickly changed after our complaint. the outside area can not be used as one is constantly harrased by monkeys. Forget about having a braai or breakfast outside. You can also not have any window or door open because of this animals. the dustbin is raided every night with results to be seen in the morning. We very happy that we only booked for three nights and not for a whole week as originally intended.
