Bakoven is an intimate suburb in Cape Town situated between the residential areas of Camps Bay and Llandudno.

Self Catering Accommodation

Villa Blue Dream is a premium, multi-storey holiday home in Bakoven that can accommodate up to ten guests. The villa comprises 5 en-suite bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, open-plan living and entertaining areas, elevators, and a host of other luxuries for discerning guests.

The prestigious master bedroom is furnished with King-size bed, armchairs, fireplace (gas), TV, DVD/CD player and a personal safe. There is a walk-in dressing room and an en suite bathroom fitted with a bath, separate shower, toilet, basin, under-floor heating and heated towel rails. The room has a sea-facing balcony with daybeds. The second, third and fourth room are furnished with a Queen-size bed and the fourth room is furnished with a King-size bed. All have wardrobes and cupboards.

The two top-level bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms fitted with a shower, toilet and basin. The two bedrooms near the pool have en-suite bathrooms fitted with a bath, separate shower, under-floor heating and direct access to either wraparound terrace or courtyard. Plush bath towels, bathrobes and deluxe toiletries provided.

The kitchen is fully equipped with high quality appliances and a scullery boasting a washing machine, tumble drier and ironing equipment. A stock of basic groceries comprising a variety of teas, coffee, condiments, dried herbs, etc. is provided.

There is a spacious sea facing lounge and dining area with large comfortable sofas, armchairs, and fireplace (gas). The living area has a satellite TV and DVD/CD player with a super-size screen (110 cm) and integrated sound system.

Guests can enjoy the fitness room equipped with everything you need to keep up with your fitness regime.

Outside is a wide, wrap-around veranda with quality outdoor furniture. The property boasts a sauna with a sea view, a hot outdoor shower braai facilities and a salt water swimming pool.

The Area

Bakoven is secluded, sea-spayed and right on the water's edge, making it popular with those who prefer a little more privacy but still want access to the glamour of Camps Bay and Clifton. It is surrounded by a fynbos nature reserve and has the backdrop of the Twelve Apostles range in Table Mountain making it a sought-after suburb by locals and foreigners alike.
