Villa Siesta No. 1 is part of a small, secure complex of eight units conveniently located across the road from the beach. The complex is fully walled and has automatic gates. A security guard is on duty at night.

Self Catering Accommodation

Six guests can be accommodated in this three bedroom apartment.

The upper level has the three bedrooms; one furnished with a Queen size bed and two smaller rooms each furnished with two single beds. The main bedroom is en-suite (bath and shower) and has a private balcony and the two additional bedrooms share a bathroom with shower only.

The ground floor has an open plan lounge, dining room and well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, tumble drier, washing machine and microwave. A TV with DStv and a DVD player are provided for you.

Sliding doors open from the lounge and dining room onto a large verandah furnished with patio furniture, a built in braai and Weber. There is a small garden in front of the unit which overlooks a beautiful beach.

Linen and bath towels are provided for you but please provide your own beach towels.

Service & Complex Facilities

The unit is serviced daily by experienced staff who will make beds, clean bathrooms and braai areas. The complex has a fully fenced swimming pool and there is an automated lock-up garage and open bay parking for your use.

Activities

The main Margate beach (which has Blue Flag status), is a short walk away from the complex and to the right of Villa Siesta is a tidal pool and a delightful secluded bay for swimming.

The complex is centrally located with easy access to shops, supermarkets, banks, medical facilities and restaurants.
