Located across the road from the beach, Villa Siesta No 3 is part of a small, secure face brick complex of eight units. The complex is fully walled and has automatic gates. A security guard is on duty at night.

Self Catering Accommodation

The double storey duplex has three bedrooms. The main bedroom has a Queen size bed and an ensuite bathroom (shower and bath) and a private balcony. One of the smaller rooms is furnished with two single beds and the other has a double bed with a single bed overhead. These two rooms share a bathroom.

The ground floor is comprised of an open plan lounge, dining room and a kitchen equipped with a tumble dryer, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave. Full DStv and a DVD player are provided for you. Sliding doors lead onto a large verandah with patio furniture, a braai and Weber. There is a small garden in front of the unit which overlooks the beach.

Linen and bath towels are provided for you but guests are requested to supply their own beach towels. This unit is serviced daily by experienced staff.

Communal Facilities

There is a fully fenced swimming pool shared by the units as well as an automated garage and open bay parking for your use. The complex boasts incredible sea views.

Location

Simply cross the road and you're on the beach; the main Margate Beach (which has Blue Flag status) is a short walk away from the complex and to the right of Villa Siesta is a tidal pool. The complex is centrally located with easy access to shops, supermarkets, banks, medical facilities and restaurants.
