The top floor of Villa Vista boasts a stunning and spacious living area which includes a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table comfortably seating 10 people, a cozy lounge with a flat screen TV and an intimate sitting area. Leading out from the living area, through glass sliding doors is a gorgeous wrap-around-deck with the most breathtaking ocean views from every direction. The outside deck area offers an outdoor braai facility and comfortable outdoor furniture, perfect for entertaining. The master bedroom has a King-size bed and a luxurious en-suite bathroom with bath and shower is also situated upstairs. The lower level of the property houses the remaining three bedrooms, two with Queen-size beds and one with twin beds. Two of the bedrooms offer en-suite bathrooms with the third room making use of the shared bathroom. All four bedrooms have large glass sliding doors showing off an endless display of beautiful views.

    Why do I have to pay a deposit?

    This is a sign of good faith. Properties hold rooms for you, which they could sell to someone else, so if you don't turn up, they lose revenue. By paying a deposit of 50% (industry standard) you show the property that you are intending to arrive and they will accordingly turn others away.

    Can I pay the deposit at month end?

    That depends on the property. Many have real time booking calendars, allowing people to book instantly online. If that's the case, bookings are first-come-first-book, and no rooms will be held provisionally unless specifically arranged. Send a request and ask for a specific payment date and they'll get back to you.

    What is 3D Secure?

    This is a security layer which checks that the person making the payment is the authorised cardholder by way of a one-time pin delivered by SMS or a secret code, ensuring the safety of your card.
