Viola 11A has two bedrooms. The master bedroom is bright and airy, featuring a double bed fitted with high-quality linen for an extra touch of luxury. There is a separate, sunny half-bedroom room that could double as a designated workspace and is furnished with a bunk bed. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet and basin. A travel cot and mattress are available on request at an additional cost and guests please need to bring cot bedding. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a stove and oven, microwave, fridge, and washing machine. The living area features a dining table a comfortable sofa and a smart TV. Wi-Fi is also available. The garden is a little suntrap with garden chairs and a barbeque area. Access-controlled off-street parking for one vehicle is available.

    Why do I have to pay a deposit?

    This is a sign of good faith. Properties hold rooms for you, which they could sell to someone else, so if you don't turn up, they lose revenue. By paying a deposit of 50% (industry standard) you show the property that you are intending to arrive and they will accordingly turn others away.

    Can I pay the deposit at month end?

    That depends on the property. Many have real time booking calendars, allowing people to book instantly online. If that's the case, bookings are first-come-first-book, and no rooms will be held provisionally unless specifically arranged. Send a request and ask for a specific payment date and they'll get back to you.

    What is 3D Secure?

    This is a security layer which checks that the person making the payment is the authorised cardholder by way of a one-time pin delivered by SMS or a secret code, ensuring the safety of your card.

    3D secure is a legislated prerequisite for all online purchases in South Africa.
