Warthogs Bush Lodge is African Hills Safari Lodge's sister property, situated just outside of the Main Reserve on the R560 – just outside of Magaliesburg. This bush lodge can accommodate 20 guests sharing in thatched semi self-catering and B&B accommodation.

Warthogs Bush Lodge is the perfect location to break some of our city habits and to bring us back to our roots by enjoying nature at its best to truly relax.

Magaliesburg Accommodation

Warthogs Bush Lodge has 10 thatched rondawels accommodating 20 people sharing. Each room is comfortably furnished and equipped for a semi self-catering stay and has a pool view, tiled floors, linen and towels, and an en-suite bathroom with an outdoor shower and indoor bath. Please note there are no TV's in the bedrooms.

The ambiance of the outside lapa and rock pool allows you to escape the buzz of city life and enter the tranquil African bushveld.

The rondawels walk out onto the boma area where guests are able to braai - please bring your own wood.

We loved our stay at the lodge From welcome to departure - the staff attended to every need and went the extra mile to make sure we were happy. The thatching lends itself to a few goggas falling onto the bedding - but in spite of this we would definitely recommend the lodge and would love to revisit Warthog Lodge
