About Waterberg Inn
Waterberg Inn offers affordable, accommodation in Koro Creek Bushveld Golf Estate in Modimolle. We are situated in Nylstroom (Modimolle); in the Waterberg area, 90 minutes from Gauteng and 28 km from Warmbaths (Bela-Bela). Waterberg Inn is the ideal family getaway for golfers and nature lovers.
Koro Creek is a romantic and peaceful holiday destination and has a 18 hole championship golf course and boasts a beautiful club house and Pro Shop just North of Warmbaths. There are many other golf courses in the area namely Euphoria, Elements, Zebula Country Club and Mabalingwe.
Koro Creek Golf Estate also has an adjacent 900 hectare nature reserve (game farm) where game viewing can be enjoyed. Kudu, Zebra, Wildebeest, Honey Badgers, Impala, Duikers, Njala's, Eland, Gemsbuck, Giraffe's, Warthogs etc are some of the animals and wildlife you could see at the game farm. The bird life is prolific with over 190 bird species!
Accommodation
We offer comfortable and affordable accommodation inside Koro Creek Bushveld Golf Estate with 24 hours security and access control. There are a total of five en-suite rooms available, three of which are completely solar powered.
There are shared braai, swimming pool, pool table, tv room and kitchen facilities. No loud music or noise permitted. This is not a party venue. We cater for nature lovers.

Game drives (Game viewing), Nature walks (hiking), mountain biking, tennis, Championship Golf Course, Pro Shop and Club House, Bird watching, swimming.
Restaurants and coffee shops and nearby as are shops, doctors, horse riding (horse safaris), Aardwolf track for 4x4 and quad bike lovers, Nylsvlei (SA's largest wetland area and the largest amount of water and other bird species), snake and reptile park, De Wild Cheetah Centre, Donkerpoort Dam for angling and watersports, crocodile farm, sky diving (parachuting), hunting, cheese tasting, antique shop, cable car, spa and treatments at Leeuwenhof Country Lodge, museums, etc.
