Waterline holiday home sleeps eight to ten guests in four bedrooms, two of which have en-suite bathrooms. There are an additional two separate bathrooms. The main bedroom has a King-size bed, the second bedroom has two single beds, the third and fourth rooms each have a Queen-size bed and there is a sofa bed in the TV lounge. Waterline is a modern beach home with multiple relaxation spaces - the ground floor lounge, library and study flowing into the tranquil garden. On the upper level, the views take centre stage with open plan lounge, dining and kitchen as well as a TV room all leading onto decks to take in the surrounds. Decks overlooking the dunes, ocean and mountains lead off the upper lounge and kitchen. With external lounges both front and back and a rim flow pool overlooking the ocean. Waterline is designed with luxury in mind. Dine under the outside gazebo with a choice of gas or coal barbeques or simply relax while your chef prepares it all.

    Why do I have to pay a deposit?

    This is a sign of good faith. Properties hold rooms for you, which they could sell to someone else, so if you don't turn up, they lose revenue. By paying a deposit of 50% (industry standard) you show the property that you are intending to arrive and they will accordingly turn others away.

    Can I pay the deposit at month end?

    That depends on the property. Many have real time booking calendars, allowing people to book instantly online. If that's the case, bookings are first-come-first-book, and no rooms will be held provisionally unless specifically arranged. Send a request and ask for a specific payment date and they'll get back to you.

    What is 3D Secure?

    This is a security layer which checks that the person making the payment is the authorised cardholder by way of a one-time pin delivered by SMS or a secret code, ensuring the safety of your card.

    3D secure is a legislated prerequisite for all online purchases in South Africa.
