Waterside Holiday House is a luxury villa occupying a prime location in Wilderness, the heart of the Garden Route. Located across the road from the world renowned Touw River, enjoy uninterrupted lagoon views from the comfort of your abode. The house is also within easy walking distance to Wilderness beach and the village, home to various restaurants, shops and markets.

Self Catering Accommodation

Waterside Holiday House in Wilderness has five bedrooms.

The first two bedrooms are furnished with a Queen-size bed and a TV with satellite channels. The third bedroom is furnished with a two bunk beds. The main en-suite is fitted with a shower, toilet and basin. The shared bathroom is fitted with a bath, shower, toilet and basin. There is also a guest toilet.

The fourth bedroom is furnished with a King-size bed, a TV with satellite channels and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, toilet and basin. A door opens onto garden facing patio. the fifth bedroom is furnished with a Queen-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet and basin.

Fully equipped for self-catering purposes with all the mod cons including an electric oven / stove top, microwave, coffee maker, air fryer and ice maker. Glass stack windows open out to braai area with bar counter top. Separate scullery with dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.

The spacious lounge has ample couches and a TV with satellite channels. Doors open onto the lagoon facing deck. The dining room leads off the lounge and has a large 12-seater dining table. Doors open onto the deck.

The lagoon facing deck has an 8-seater dining table and two umbrellas. There is an additional garden facing deck with a 10-seater table and umbrellas, built in braai, portable braai and mini bar fridge. The garden is well landscaped. Uncapped Wi-Fi is provided as well as an inverter for loadshedding, an alarm system with armed response, ample parking and direct access to Touw River and boardwalk.

Pet Friendly

• Pets are allowed by prior arrangement.
• No dogs are allowed on beds or furniture
• A surcharge will be charged should we note dogs on beds/furniture to cover costs of cleaning, or if dogs messed in the house and we need to clean carpets etc. after departure
• Please keep an eye on your dogs at all times. The house has an enclosed garden with fencing. You need to accept full responsibility of your dogs and not let them wander around unattended, to cause nuisance for neigbors and their dogs
