Wegbreek is an expansive self-catering vacation home in Hermanus that can accommodate up to ten guests. It boasts a prime location, just a short 450 metres away from the stunning Voëlklip Beach and 600 metres from the popular Grotto Beach. Perfect for families, this holiday home offers plenty of space and comfort for an unforgettable beachside getaway.

Self Catering Accommodation

Wegbreek has five bedrooms and three bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms are furnished with Queen-size beds and the third bedroom is furnished with two single beds. These rooms share two bathrooms with either a bath or shower. The fifth bedroom has two single beds and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower.

The open-plan kitchen is a dream for any cooking enthusiast, fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, and fridge, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. Guests can choose to enjoy their meals at the breakfast bar or dining table. Additionally, a dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble-dryer are available for guests to use, ensuring that laundry is taken care of with ease.

The first-floor living area is the perfect place to unwind and relax, featuring a comfortable seating area, a TV with selected DStv channels, and an indoor fireplace, making it ideal for cozy nights in. The lounge opens onto a balcony, providing partial sea views and a serene setting for enjoying a morning coffee or an evening drink.
On the ground floor, the lounge opens onto a stoep with a built-in braai area, perfect for hosting barbecues and entertaining guests. Wi-Fi access is available throughout the property, ensuring that guests can stay connected during their stay.

The home is also equipped with a one plate gas stove and rechargeable lights.

Attractions

Hermanus is a seaside town southeast of Cape Town, in South Africa's Western Cape Province. It's known as a whale-watching destination. Beaches include Voëlklip Beach and the broad Grotto Beach, overlooking Walker Bay. The Old Harbour Museum is a site encompassing the old harbour, a fishermen's village and the Whale House Museum. The latter has informative displays and a suspended skeleton of a whale.
