The White House Boutique Villa has five en-suite bedrooms. All the rooms are furnished with extra length, King-size beds. The en-suite bathrooms are fitted with a bath, shower toilet and basin. The modern sleek kitchen comprises stainless steel “cabinet” frames with tidy corners and has a minimalist appearance. The kitchen houses a walk in cold room and wine freezer. The first floor of the luxury, self-catering Boutique Villa in Ballito has been designed as an entertainer’s haven for thrilling conversations around an indoor garden feature that blurs the boundaries between indoor and outdoor. The various living areas with large windows provide plenty of natural light, thus infusing it with a sense of cheerful spaciousness. The 180 degree sea views from each level of the villa play a key role with the interior colour palette. Most living areas offer stack back doors to ensure an open carefree lifestyle. The dining room leads out onto a generous extended undercover patio area. The villa has a swimming pool, large garden and off street parking. Daily housekeeping is included from Monday to Friday. Weekend or public holiday service is available if arranged well in advance and at an additional cost.

    Why do I have to pay a deposit?

    This is a sign of good faith. Properties hold rooms for you, which they could sell to someone else, so if you don't turn up, they lose revenue. By paying a deposit of 50% (industry standard) you show the property that you are intending to arrive and they will accordingly turn others away.

    Can I pay the deposit at month end?

    That depends on the property. Many have real time booking calendars, allowing people to book instantly online. If that's the case, bookings are first-come-first-book, and no rooms will be held provisionally unless specifically arranged. Send a request and ask for a specific payment date and they'll get back to you.

    What is 3D Secure?

    This is a security layer which checks that the person making the payment is the authorised cardholder by way of a one-time pin delivered by SMS or a secret code, ensuring the safety of your card.
