Wilwou @ Sea is a self catering apartment located in a secure complex in Gordons Bay. The apartment is adjacent to the main house with a private entrance and direct access to the beach which is only thirty metres away. Wilwou @ Sea has two bedrooms. Each of the rooms has a Queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom, one with a bath and shower and the other with a shower only. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, fridge, induction plate, kettle and other basic utensils. The living area has a built in braai and TV with basic satellite channels. The full satellite package is available at an additional fee. The entire apartment is air conditioned and has Wi-Fi. The apartment is accessed by stairs and is not safe for small children who should be supervised at all times. Secure onsite parking is available.

    Why do I have to pay a deposit?

    This is a sign of good faith. Properties hold rooms for you, which they could sell to someone else, so if you don't turn up, they lose revenue. By paying a deposit of 50% (industry standard) you show the property that you are intending to arrive and they will accordingly turn others away.

    Can I pay the deposit at month end?

    That depends on the property. Many have real time booking calendars, allowing people to book instantly online. If that's the case, bookings are first-come-first-book, and no rooms will be held provisionally unless specifically arranged. Send a request and ask for a specific payment date and they'll get back to you.

    What is 3D Secure?

    This is a security layer which checks that the person making the payment is the authorised cardholder by way of a one-time pin delivered by SMS or a secret code, ensuring the safety of your card.
