The Hiker's Cabin's located just below the main reception area of the lodge which is perfect for backpackers on a tight budget.

Sentinel Rooms:
These large mountain-facing rooms are furnished with extra-length king-size beds and have an en-suite bathroom which is equipped with a shower.
Hikers Cabin:
The cabin is a cosy room with twin beds. There are two spacious communal ablution blocks, one for women and one for men, and the space is heated with oil heating and a communal kitchen.
Mountain View rooms:
These rooms have magnificent moutainview's are are furnished with a king-size bed. The en-suite bathroom is equipped with a shower.
Standard rooms:
The standard room is furnished with a king-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom with a shower.

Our large rooms have been finished with local stone and slate to help them blend into their mountain surroundings. There are eight rooms, each furnished with stylish Cape Pine furniture and leather armchairs. The rooms have extra length king size beds. The walls are adorned with colourful artworks from local Qwa Qwa artist Gibson, and locally-made curtains and carpets also reflect the style and colours of the Batlokoa community. Facilities include en-suite bathroom with basin, toilet and walk in shower. Two leather tub chairs, a writing desk and chair, luggage rack and waldrobe. Selection of toiletries, coffee and tea facilities, private patio facing Sentinel Peak, wheelchair access. There are no self-catering facilities.

The cabin is situated against the hill just below the main reception area of the lodge and the front of the cabin faces out onto the vast expanse of valleys and dams below, as well as the sprawling town of Phuthaditjhaba, in the distance far below. The Cabin has six cozy rooms each with two twin beds. There are two spacious communal ablution blocks, one for women and one for men, and the space is heated with oil heating.
