Woodbridge Island Villa has five bedrooms. Three of the bedrooms are furnished with Queen-size beds and have en-suite bathrooms. The other two bedrooms have double beds and share a bathroom. All the bathrooms are fitted with a shower, toilet and basin. Towels and bed linen are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped for self catering. There is a dining area and a lounge which has a smart TV with satellite channels. Wi-Fi is also provided. The living area leads onto a partially covered deck with outdoor furniture and braai facilities. The home has an inverter for loadshedding which keeps some sockets and the Wi-Fi running. Parking is available on site. Guests can swim in the shared outdoor swimming pool, head to the beach, relax in the garden, or go windsurfing.

    Why do I have to pay a deposit?

    This is a sign of good faith. Properties hold rooms for you, which they could sell to someone else, so if you don't turn up, they lose revenue. By paying a deposit of 50% (industry standard) you show the property that you are intending to arrive and they will accordingly turn others away.

    Can I pay the deposit at month end?

    That depends on the property. Many have real time booking calendars, allowing people to book instantly online. If that's the case, bookings are first-come-first-book, and no rooms will be held provisionally unless specifically arranged. Send a request and ask for a specific payment date and they'll get back to you.

    What is 3D Secure?

    This is a security layer which checks that the person making the payment is the authorised cardholder by way of a one-time pin delivered by SMS or a secret code, ensuring the safety of your card.

    3D secure is a legislated prerequisite for all online purchases in South Africa.
