Accommodation

Ximuwu Safari Lodge is a five-star haven, thoughtfully designed to accommodate guests with mobility needs while providing an unforgettable safari retreat. From the moment you arrive, every detail is tailored for accessibility, including a wheelchair-friendly airport shuttle with ramps, swivel seats, and custom game-viewing vehicles equipped with slide-out seats.

This intimate lodge boasts spacious, elegantly decorated suites with floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the interiors with natural light and offer panoramic views of the reserve's waterholes, ensuring front-row seats to thrilling wildlife encounters.

Each suite is tastefully designed and equipped with either queen-size or twin beds, luxurious bathrooms with l'Occitane toiletries, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and private decks. Two specially designed wheelchair-accessible suites feature adjustable-height beds, bath lifts, and shower chairs, ensuring maximum comfort. For added convenience, cooling vests and heated seat covers are available upon request.

On-Site Facilities

The lodge's central hub is a welcoming space featuring both indoor and outdoor dining areas, a bar, a cosy lounge, and a shaded patio. Guests can enjoy the 16-metre pool, complete with a pool lift, while the surrounding sun deck and firepit offer the perfect setting to relax and take in the breathtaking scenery. Accessibility is prioritized throughout, with ramps leading to all major areas, including the photo hides.

Additional facilities include two fireplaces, an outdoor firepit, a wood-fired pizza oven, a gift shop, a fitness centre, and a spa. The lodge is even equipped with an airstrip, allowing guests to arrive via private aircraft.
