Self Catering Accommodation

Yzperprop is a modern, ocean-facing holiday villa offering accommodation in Yzerfontein for ten guests, in five bedrooms and four bathrooms, two of which are en-suite.

The main bedroom is furnished with a Queen-size bed and has a reading nook. The en-suite bathroom is fitted with a bath, shower, toilet and basin.

The second bedroom is furnished with a Queen-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet and basin. The remaining three bedrooms are each furnished with a Queen-size bed and share two bathrooms fitted with a bath, shower, toilet and basin. Linen is provided but guests will need to bring their own towels.

The open-plan living area features a stylish kitchen fully equipped with a gas stove, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. A dishwasher and a washing machine are available in the separate scullery. Leading from the kitchen is an 8-seater dining table and a lounge with comfy seating and a TV which offers a full selection of DStv channels. Guests have access to complimentary Wi-Fi.

Outside the home, there is a lovely covered balcony on the top level which spoils with outdoor seating and braai facilities. Additionally, this property has direct access to a rocky beach.

Popular attractions include Dassen Island Lighthouse, Pearl Bay Beach, Vyge Valley Farmers Market and 16 Mile Beach.
