"What materials will you need me to provide to get my property listed?"
Before your listing can go live, we require the following information, which should be emailed or sent via Dropbox to the email address admin@sa-venues.com.
- Where else do you advertise?
- Who is the property accredited with and proof of said accreditation. If you are not accredited with anyone, we will require a utility bill for the establishment, displaying the physical address. If you don't have a utility bill, please supply one of the following: A signed and stamped affidavit, a lease agreement, proof of ownership or a supplier invoice.
- A copy of the owner's ID document
- A minimum of 300 words of text describing all of the facilities (please send in a Word document). We reserve the right to alter text as deemed necessary, to correct any spelling or grammatical errors.
- Good quality photographs, at least 16, but we recommend 30-50. Each should be a minimum of 800 pixels wide, height proportional. If e-mailed images are not large enough or if the quality is not good enough they will not be included (this is done at our discretion).
- Your Nightsbridge BBID or your rates. If you are sending us rates, we will require your rates sheet (with dates for each season), for at least one calendar year, as well as any minimum lengths of stay required. The following data is also required per room or per room type: number of rooms of that type; room description; maximum number of occupants; maximum number of adults; are children allowed.
