11 Dixon Apartment 405 has two air-conditioned bedrooms furnished with Queen-size beds. There are two bathrooms fitted with a shower, basin and toilet. One of these is en-suite. Stylishly designed and furnished the open plan fully fitted kitchen with dining area and comfortable living space. There is a Smart TV with Netflix and satellite channels. Sliding floor to ceiling glass windows open onto a large wooden covered balcony with seating. Here you can enjoy great views of De Waterkant village over-looked by Signal Hill. Secure undercover parking is available for one car.

Excluded / Extra

Quoted rates exclude the following fees which must be paid directly to the property after the booking has been confirmed, usually a week before check-in, but in some cases on arrival.

A booking form will be sent and must be completed in full for us to then send 3DSecure payment link(s) for the Rental Deposit and the to confirm booking. Full payment is required prior to check-in; see payment process and cancellation terms provided within booking form. Late check-in fee applies after our reception hours. Refundable Property Security Deposit has to be paid 7 days prior to arrival by main guest staying via Visa/Mastercard or SA Local EFT. IDs of all guest but be provided prior to check-in date.

Pertinent Policies

Travelling with children?
Children of all ages are welcome. Children do need to be supervised at all times. Properties with balconies, roof decks, pools and hot tubs are not child friendly.

How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit.
