How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
If cancelling 1 day before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
If cancelling 28 days before arrival, forfeit 90% of the booking total.
If cancelling 43 days before arrival, forfeit 60% of the booking total.
If cancelling 999 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the booking total.
