Quoted rates exclude the following fees which must be paid directly to the property after the booking has been confirmed, usually a week before check-in, but in some cases on arrival.

Minimum stay high and low seasons : one week.
Minimum stay peak season : two weeks.
A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure a booking.
The remaining 70% is payable six weeks prior to arrival.
A refundable breakages deposit is required ranging from R5 000 - R15 000 depending on length of stay.
This deposit is kept in trust and returned after departure, following a satisfactory inventory count.
13 Beachy Head Drive is a non-smoking establishment.
A non-smoking agreement is required to be signed by tenants.
An indemnity document for the owners and agents of 13 Beachy Head Drive is required to be signed by tenants.

Travelling with children?
Children of all ages are welcome.

How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
30% deposit paid is not refundable if booking is cancelled.
70% final payment will be refunded if a new booking replaces the cancelled one.
If a new booking only partly replaces the cancelled booking, a pro rata refund will be given.
