The fully equipped kitchen boasts Smeg and De'Longhi appliances, a washing machine and is open plan to the dining and living area which has comfortable furniture and a fireplace. Doors open onto the covered patio with outdoor dining area and a built-in braai. The home has a garden and a covered carport.
