201 Piazza sleeps four guests in two bedrooms. Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. One has a King-size bed and the other has two single beds. The unit has an electronic safe for your precious belongings. The interior is modern and beautifully designed and decorated. The lounge has a comfortable corner couch and a TV with DStv and a DVD player. There is a dining room table where you can eat together and a fully equipped kitchen that has everything you will need including a washing machine. There is access to a communal swimming pool.

Cancellation policy
• A reservation cancelled by notice in writing at least 30 (thirty) days prior to arrival date may be released and no
cancellation fee will be charged
• Any guaranteed bookings that are cancelled 30 (thirty) days or less prior to the arrival date are subject to the following cancellation penalties:
• 50% cancellation fee on total booking if cancelled 29 - 15 days prior to arrival
• 100% cancellation fee of total booking if cancelled 14 - 0 days or in the case of a no show
• 100% cancellation fee on a total booking for bookings made within 14 days prior to arrival or in case of a no show
