253 On Ipahla has two bedrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a King-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet and basin. The second bedroom is furnished with two three-quarter beds and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet and basin. There is also a sleeper couch in the lounge for a fifth guest. Complimentary toiletries, bathrobes, slippers are provided. Bed linen, bath towels and pool towels are included. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering including Smeg cooking appliances, a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer and cleaning products. The kitchen leads into the lounge area which is comfortably furnished and has a Smart TV with Netflix. The patio provides a lovely entertainment area overlooking the ocean. There is a swimming pool, Sauna, firepit and outdoor kitchen. These will require time slot bookings at no extra cost. This is an Alcohol-Free property and consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited.
