Island View 35 has three bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms are furnished with Queen-size beds and the third bedroom is furnished with a double bed. The main en-suite is fitted with a bath, toilet and basin. The separate bathroom is fitted with a bath, shower, toilet and basin. There is also a guest toilet. The living areas are warm and inviting, consisting of a comfy lounge and dining area, a fully-equipped kitchen complete with a dishwasher, coffee machine and washing machine. The lounge features a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, Wi-Fi and opens onto a furnished balcony with a built-in braai area and seating for six. The stairs lead up to the third floor to a welcoming entertainment lounge that leads out onto the balcony and boasts breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean.
