37 La Mer is a luxury self catering holiday apartment with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The main bedroom has a Queen size bed, a full en-suite bathroom and a large sliding door on to the balcony. The second bedroom has two single beds and the third bedroom has one single bed. These rooms share a bathroom with a shower. The apartment features a spacious open-plan kitchen, dining and living area. The kitchen boasts washing machine for convenience. The living area has a TV with DStv / satellite channels and Wi-Fi. Outside there is a balcony with comfy seating, a table and chairs, gas braai facilities and beautiful beach views. This is the ideal place to dine alfresco with a view or sit and sip your morning coffee while looking out to sea. There is reserved undercover parking for one vehicle, plus ample open parking for visitors. The complex has direct beach access through a private gate just a mere minutes' walk from the apartment.
