While we do not impose a breakage deposit, it is imperative to understand that guests are liable for any damages they cause. Additionally, we would like to emphasise that we cannot be held accountable for any injuries sustained while on the premises. Furthermore, under South African law, guests will be held legally responsible for any loss of business incurred due to smoking or property damage.
When staying at any one of our properties on Kingswood Estate, it is essential that all guests adhere to the estate's rules and regulations to ensure a peaceful and enjoyable experience for everyone.

Please take note of the following:
Zero Noise Policy: Kingswood Estate is a quiet, family-oriented community. As such, there is a strict ZERO tolerance for excessive noise, especially after hours. This includes loud gatherings, music, or any disturbances that may disrupt the serenity of the estate.

Respect for Neighbours: Guests are expected to be considerate of the estate's residents and their pets. This means maintaining a calm and respectful atmosphere at all times.

No Rowdy Behaviour: If your stay involves a group or social event, please ensure that your plans align with the estate's expectations for a tranquil environment. The estate is not suitable for disruptive behaviour, including excessive drinking or large, noisy gatherings.

Failure to comply with these rules could result in fines or immediate eviction from the property. We value your cooperation in helping to maintain the peaceful environment that Kingswood Estate is known for.

By booking, you confirm that you understand and accept these rules.

Take Note:
Smoking inside the premises is strictly prohibited.
Daily domestic services can be arranged at an additional cost, ranging from R350 to R400 per day.

Refund and Cancellation Policy:
We have revised our refund and cancellation policy to adapt to current circumstances. Our property operates on a non-refundable deposit policy. Modifications or cancellations must be communicated at least 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. Refunds will only be considered if the property can be re-rented for the entire duration and at the same rate. We encourage guests to obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances, including those related to COVID-19.

Children of all ages are welcome.

How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit.
If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit.
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
