46 Loader Street is a holiday house in De Waterkant. 46 Loader Street sleeps four guests in two bedrooms, one with a King-size bed and the other with twin beds. Both rooms have en-suite bathrooms. There is an electronic safe and hairdryers for your use. The house is air conditioned and has a lounge with a TV and DStv as well as internet facilities. There is a dining table and a fully equipped kitchen containing everything required for your stay. There is a wooden decked area with a swimming pool, outside furniture and views of the Waterfront.

Cancellation policy
• A reservation cancelled by notice in writing at least 30 (thirty) days prior to arrival date may be released and no
cancellation fee will be charged
• Any guaranteed bookings that are cancelled 30 (thirty) days or less prior to the arrival date are subject to the following cancellation penalties:
• 50% cancellation fee on total booking if cancelled 29 - 15 days prior to arrival
• 100% cancellation fee of total booking if cancelled 14 - 0 days or in the case of a no show
• 100% cancellation fee on a total booking for bookings made within 14 days prior to arrival or in case of a no show
