Pelican View is a self catering holiday home in Zimbali with five bedrooms. The ground level is part of the main house but is a fully self contained area with its own lounge and kitchenette. There is a main room furnished with a King-size bed and another bedroom off it with two three-quarter beds that you have to walk through the master to get to the bathroom. Great for a second family with 2 kids. The en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, toilet and basin.; ; The upstairs main room is furnished with a King-size bed. The fourth bedroom is furnished with a double bed. The fifth room is fitted with two three-quarter beds. There are two separate bathrooms fitted with a shower, bath, toilet and basin. The impressive master suite has a large walk in dressing room, study and opens onto a large deck with a private Jacuzzi. The house has two lounges - one with seas views and a bar. The kitchen is fully equipped and boasts a washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher for convenience. Sea and forest views are visible on all sides of the house. Golf cart, fibre optic Wi-Fi and DStv / satellite channels included, as well as access to the amenities of Zimbali Coastal Resort. The splash pool, private Jacuzzi and built in braai is perfect for outdoor relaxation.

    Why do I have to pay a deposit?

    This is a sign of good faith. Properties hold rooms for you, which they could sell to someone else, so if you don't turn up, they lose revenue. By paying a deposit of 50% (industry standard) you show the property that you are intending to arrive and they will accordingly turn others away.

    Can I pay the deposit at month end?

    That depends on the property. Many have real time booking calendars, allowing people to book instantly online. If that's the case, bookings are first-come-first-book, and no rooms will be held provisionally unless specifically arranged. Send a request and ask for a specific payment date and they'll get back to you.

    What is 3D Secure?

    This is a security layer which checks that the person making the payment is the authorised cardholder by way of a one-time pin delivered by SMS or a secret code, ensuring the safety of your card.
