5 Milkwood Drive Load-shedding and Gas cooking Solutions (only 20+ houses in Zimbali have Inverters - ours is one of them):
There are two inverters, so TV, DStv and Wi-Fi remain operational in Loadshedding. All bedrooms have smart rechargeable lights inside the lamps and the house has an extra three large emergency lights.

The kitchen has a gas cooking hob and outside there is a large covered gas braai.

Travelling with children?
Children of all ages are welcome.

How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
1. A cancellation fee of 18% of the total gross rental amount, subject to a minimum cancellation fee will be levied if the booking is cancelled more than six weeks prior to the anticipated arrival date.
2. A cancellation fee of 50% of the total rental amount will be levied if the booking is cancelled between four to six weeks prior to the anticipated arrival date. Partial refunds do not apply.
3. A cancellation fee of 100% of the total rental amount will be levied if the booking is cancelled less than four weeks prior to the anticipated arrival date. Partial refunds may apply, depending on the ability to re-let for the applicable period at a similar rate.
4. Rental is due for the period booked and no refunds will be permitted, should departure occur at an earlier date for any reason whatsoever, or if a NO show should occur.
5. No house substitutions will be accepted after payment has been received.
6. We reserve the right not to quote or even to cancel bookings where clients are below the age of 21, clients are planning large parties/ gatherings or group bookings where noise disturbances are anticipated. Guests will be expelled from the Estate with no refund and can be blacklisted from future bookings.
