Accommodating up to eight guests, the apartment features three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The first and second bedrooms each have a double bed, while the third bedroom is equipped with two bunk beds. The first bathroom includes a shower, sink, and toilet, while the second offers a bath, sink, and toilet. The well-appointed kitchen is complete with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, washing machine, and all necessary cutlery and crockery, alongside tea and coffee-making facilities. It also includes a breakfast bar with stools. Enjoy two inviting living rooms, both furnished with comfortable seating; the main living room features a fan and TV. Step out onto the balcony to find braai facilities, a dining table, and captivating ocean views. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available. Guests can enjoy six communal swimming pools, secure off-street parking, and direct beach access. Additionally, local shops and restaurants are conveniently nearby.

If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 75% of the booking total.
If cancelling 35 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the booking total.
If cancelling 40 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the booking total.
