* Breakfast is served in the dining room Monday to Friday 7h00 -9h00 and Sat/Sun at 08h00-10h00.
* Parking: On-site secure parking is available to the left of the entrance.
* Child Policy: Babies 0-6 months with their camping cot are welcome in Rooms 4 and 5.
* Children willing to sleep in a room separate from parents are welcome.
* Please note that we do not have family rooms and can not add extra beds to any rooms.
* The number of people who can enter the property must comply with the number of guests booked to stay in the guest house. Visitors will be allowed with management consent as arranged beforehand.
* Any damage caused to the property by any guest will render them liable to the full cost of repair and replacement.

Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit.
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the deposit.
