We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Aloe View. A beautiful setting and great hospitality, excellent rooms and the service from the hosts was fantastic. Food excellent and location to the game reserve at Hluhluwe is great.

7 of us spent 2 nights at Aloe View Rock Lodge after some careful consideration of venues in the area of Hluhluwe-Imfolozi Game Reserve. We were made welcome immediately. The rooms were outstanding in their quality of fittings and furnishings, very comfortable and tasteful. Both the packed and buffet breakfasts we had were delicious, as were the home-cooked dinners. A convivial bar provided us with social interaction. It is clear that Odette and Bernard enjoy what they do for their guests in a very professional way, where nothing is too much trouble. A beautiful setting, and don't let the road to the lodge put you off! A great place for relaxing, visiting the game reserves, watching birds, etc.
